CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We want you to be happy however, Bondi Bolide does NOT offer exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We can offer a full refund within 14 days on full priced or sale items if they are deemed faulty or damaged during transit. We will reimburse return postage in this instance.
Any broken or faulty items after this date will not be exchanged, refunded or replaced. It’s up to you to take care of your items.
If your items are damaged during postage it will be replaced or refunded. However Bondi Bolide needs to be advised within 7 days after receiving your order with photo proof.
Remove all jewellery before spraying perfume, deodorant or hair spray as the chemicals in these can react with the clay. No refunds or exchanges will be given for damaged jewellery caused by these elements.
Bondi Bolide is not responsible for any skin reactions caused from any jewellery pieces.
Earring stud posts are glued using a special glue. Please be careful with your earrings when taking them on and off. Bondi Bolide is not held responsible for any earring backings breaking or coming off after the 7 day period as stated above.
CHANGE OF MIND
Bondi Bolide does NOT offer refunds or exchanges on 'Change of mind' or ‘I ordered the wrong one’. All sales are final.
There is no exchanges or refunds on any sale items except if broken during transit. All orders marked as sale items are final.
All polymer clay jewellery is handmade and hand rolled so there will be some variances in shape, colour and design. This is the beauty of buying handmade. No exchanges or refunds will be given if you are unhappy with the quality or designs.
Unfortunately, some cracks may occur in the clay that is caused by the heat of the oven when baking. All components are checked for imperfections and discarded if deemed unsalable. No refunds or exchanges will be given for cracked components.
Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
If you would like to return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
In your email request please confirm:
- Your order number
- The product/s you are returning
- Photographs if received damaged or faulty
- The reason for returning the product
- What you are returning the products for
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). Any additional duties and taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend shipping your package back via a traceable method for peace of mind (eg. Australia Post) and to retain your proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed, we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.
Please allow 3 days from the time we receive your order back at our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
